What do you give a cat who already has everything? Why you build him a rock climbing wall of his very own. I think he’s curious about this monstrous structure that has invaded our living room but seems to be a bit leery of attacking the mountain. Surely he’s not concerned about “sketchy” construction. Ok, it is easy for me to build something and say, “Here you go! Try it out!” I do think he’ll love it once he takes on the challenge. There’s even catnip under the carpet rocks!
Party Games
Sid was up early and ready to play! For some reason he thinks it’s great fun to watch me run and chase him all over the house. We’ve ran, we’ve explored outside, and he’s climbed his skyhouse with a vengeance. Chasing Temptations Tumblers will be next.

I couldn’t help but reminisce.
It’s a little scary arriving at your forever home for the first time.
But it’s fun to play hide and go seek and get tucked in at night.
There have been a few mishaps–“Oh the horror!” of your favorite toy spring landing in your water dish and the occasional “Sorry, Mom” moments.
One day I looked over from where I was on the couch and knew Sid was pretty comfortable in his new digs.
